General Policy

• All receipt, exchange, return, or maintenance transactions must be carried out with the original invoice.
• The customer has the right to a full refund if the invoice is canceled within 7 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received.
• The customer has the right to exchange purchased goods within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received. Special orders are excluded.
• Bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items, last pieces, and accessories (if not received) can only be returned within one day maximum.
• If non-received purchases are returned without exchange, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via bank transfer or check.
• The company is not responsible if goods cannot be placed due to space, color mismatch, or access limitations. Crane costs (if required) are borne by the customer.
• The company is not responsible for any damage, shortage, or defects after customer inspection and receipt, or for unassembled goods.
