General Policy, Payments, and Warranty

General Policy:

• All receipt, exchange, return, or maintenance operations must be accompanied by the original invoice.

• The customer has the right to receive a full refund upon cancellation, provided the cancellation is made within 7 days from the invoice date and the goods have not been received.

• The customer has the right to exchange purchased items within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the goods have not been received. Special orders are excluded.

• The customer cannot return or exchange bed frames, pillows, mattresses, or accessories.

• Items on sale, last-piece items, and accessories that have not been received can only be returned within 1 day.

• If the unreceived items are returned without being exchanged for items of equal or higher value, the amount will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be transferred to the customer’s account or issued as a check in their name within a maximum of 14 days from the request date.

• The company is not responsible for leaving items at the delivery site if there is insufficient space, mismatched colors, or if the items cannot fit through entrances or stairs. If items are delivered using lifts, it will be at the customer’s expense.

• The company is not responsible for any damage, defects, or shortages in items after inspection by the customer, nor for items received by the customer and left without assembly.

Payments and Reservation:

• The company allows customers to reserve items for 7 days upon paying at least 50% of the invoice as a down payment. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 8 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

• If the full order value (100%) is paid, the reservation period is renewed. A daily storage fee of 45 SAR will be charged after one month from the contract date for any furniture item.

Delivery and Warranty:

• The company offers free delivery once within Riyadh.

• Orders less than 1,000 SAR are not delivered and must be picked up by the customer from the showroom.

• The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery, sign the delivery note, and note any observations.

• If the customer or their representative is not present at the scheduled delivery time, or refuses to receive the goods for any reason, the delivery will be rescheduled, and the customer will bear the cost of repeated delivery attempts.

• The company provides a 2-year warranty on large pieces (bedroom sets, dining sets, bookshelves). This warranty does not cover fabric, includes maintenance only, and excludes spare parts or damages caused by misuse.
