General policy:

1. All receipt, exchange, return, or maintenance transactions must be carried out with the original invoice

2. The customer has the right to a full refund if the invoice is canceled within 7 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received

3. The customer has the right to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received. Special orders are excluded from this condition

4. The customer cannot return or exchange bed sheets pillows, mattresses, or accessories Goods that are on sale, last pieces, and non-received accessories can only be returned within a maximum of one day

5. Goods that are on sale, last pieces, and non-received accessories can only be returned within maximum of one day

6. If non-received purchases are returned without exchanging them for other items of the same or higher value, the amount will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be transferred to the customer's account or a check will be issued in their name within 14 days from the date of the request

7. The company is not responsible for leaving goods at the delivery location if the space is insufficient, if the colors are unsuitable, or if the goods do not fit through the entrances or stairs. If cranes are required for delivery, the cost will be borne by the customer

8. The company is not responsible for any damage, defect or shortage in the goods after the customer's inspection Additionally, the company is not responsible for goods received by the customer that are left unassembled
