Shipping and Returns

General policy:

  1. All receipt, exchange, return, or maintenance transactions must be carried out with the original invoice
  2. The customer has the right to a full refund if the invoice is canceled within 7 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received
  3. The customer has the right to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that the goods have not been received. Special orders are excluded from this condition

Payments and product reservation:

The company allows its customers to reserve goods for а period of 7 days if at least 50% of the sales invoice is paid as a down payment. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 8 days before the requested delivery or pickup date However, if the full value of the sales order (100%) is paid the reservation period is extended, and a daily storage fee of 45 SAR will be charged after one month from the date of the contract for any piece of furniture

Delivery and Warranty:

  1. The company offers free delivery service once within Riyadh city
  2. The company does not deliver invoices valued at less than 1,000 SAR These items must be collected by the customer from the showroom
  3. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt, sign the delivery receipt, and note any remarks on the delivery form
  4. If the customer or their representative is not present at the delivery location at the scheduled time, or if they refuse to receive the goods for any reason, delivery will be rescheduled, and the customer will bear the cost of redelivery each time
  5. The company provides a two -years warranty for large.5 items (bedrooms, dining rooms, sofas), excluding fabrics. This warranty covers maintenance only and does not include wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

  • The company is not responsible for leaving items at the delivery site if there is insufficient space, mismatched colors, or if the items cannot fit through entrances or stairs. If items are delivered using lifts, it will be at the customer’s expense.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage, defects, or shortages in items after inspection by the customer, nor for items received by the customer and left without assembly.

  • The company provides a 2-year warranty on large pieces (bedroom sets, dining sets, bookshelves). This warranty does not cover fabric, includes maintenance only, and excludes spare parts or damages caused by misuse.
